CRM-Symposium: More Success with Thrilling Software!

The CURSOR family is growing. More than 120 participants, as many as never before, attended the CRM-Symposium at the Mathematikum in Giessen on 9th and 10th October 2014. The guests praised especially the combination of a familial atmosphere and expert content. For example, Matthias Terschüren from RWE Vertrieb AG stated: “We were here for the first time and came to a very positive conclusion. The CRM-Symposium is an intense, familial and content-rich event.”

CURSOR-CRM Integrates Geo-Analytics

The Geo-Analytics tool in CURSOR-CRM shows you the spatial distribution of your customers as well as their classification (A, B and C customers).

In cooperation with FICHTNER IT Consulting AG, CURSOR has developed CURSOR-Geo-Analytics, a geographic planning tool. The fully integrated solution visualizes customer and business data on maps that are displayed directly in the user interface. Location and contact details in the CRM system are automatically geocoded.
